Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was a delightful escape, surrounded by a beautiful chestnut forest and offering stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The spa services were top-notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meals in the restaurant. However, the experience was somewhat marred by service inconsistencies, particularly regarding spa access and staff attentiveness at times. Overall, it's a peaceful retreat with great dining, but some areas could certainly improve.
After a four-night stay, I had mixed feelings about the hotel. While the friendly and attentive service from some staff members made a positive impression, the overall experience fell short due to the unreliable availability of amenities, particularly the spa. Additionally, the location was quite isolated, making it challenging to access local attractions and beaches. Client comfort should be a priority, given the luxurious branding of the hotel, which makes the lack of certain services even more disappointing.
Our stay was a memorable one, full of relaxation and enjoyment in a stunning mountainous setting. The amenities available for both families and couples truly elevated our experience, particularly the exceptional spa services and the spacious rooms. However, there were some hurdles with the service that made us feel that the luxury promised wasn't consistently delivered. While the dining options were satisfactory, they didn't quite reach the heights we hoped for given the hotel's premium standing.
Overall, the experience at the resort was quite enjoyable, especially with impressive facilities and a serene environment. However, some service aspects fell short, particularly with responsiveness and communication during our stay. The rooms offered plenty of space and comfort, but they showed signs of wear. The dining experience, while varied, could use some improvement in freshness and options.
My stay at this hotel was truly magical. Nestled in a chestnut forest with views of the Aegean Sea, it was a perfect escape. The staff made us feel like family, and the food was exceptional. However, there were a few downsides, including some noise from nearby activities that broke the tranquility at times. Overall, a beautiful experience that I would highly recommend.
